1. Technologies used
The site uses necessary sign-in and authorization cookies, and Google Analytics cookies after consent, without advertising tracking. stbs_session maintains member sign-in for up to 30 days; stbs_center maintains administrator sign-in for up to eight hours. Both are cleared on sign-out. stbs_oauth verifies Google sign-in, and stbs_google_registration completes first-time Google registration. Both last up to 10 minutes and are cleared on completion. Page scripts cannot read these cookies; optional language preferences do not control them. Choice records and language preferences use localStorage and are not automatically sent with requests; GA cookie purposes are listed below.
2. Local storage inventory
| Name | Purpose and category | Retention |
|---|---|---|
aistylebook-consent | Necessary: records your accept or reject choice, rules version, choice time and expiry time. It contains no cross-site identifier and is not used for analytics or advertising. | 180 days after your choice, equally for acceptance and rejection. |
style-gallery-language | Optional preference: stores your Chinese or English choice only after you actively enable “Preferences.” | Expires with the current consent record, within 180 days; deleted immediately on withdrawal. |
_ga / _ga_W0G99MM3X3 | Optional analytics cookies: stored by Google Analytics after acceptance to distinguish browsers and sessions. | Up to 180 days, without automatic renewal on every visit; cleared by this site on withdrawal or choice expiry. |
The localStorage records stay in the current browser and device and are not synced by the site. The 180 days is the validity period recognized by the site; local storage has no native browser expiry. The site checks and clears expired records while a page runs or on your next visit. If you never return, records may remain on the device until you or the browser remove them. Browser cleanup rules may also delete them earlier.
3. Accept, reject or withdraw
- Before you choose, no language preference or analytics cookie is stored, but Google receives cookieless basic measurements. “Accept all” enables language preferences and analytics cookies; it does not authorize photo submission or advertising tracking.
- Choose language preferences and analytics cookies separately in “Advanced settings.” “Necessary only” stops subsequent analytics and removes saved language preferences and this site’s GA cookies. You can still browse and switch languages; your choice will not be remembered for your next visit.
- Use this page’s button or “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time to change or withdraw your choice. Leaving the notice unanswered, browsing or scrolling does not count as consent.
- We ask again after your choice expires. New purposes or storage categories require an updated notice and any fresh consent required.
4. Browser controls and further information
You can also clear this site’s data or disable local storage in your browser settings. After clearing, the site cannot remember your privacy choice and may ask again. This does not restore a deleted language preference.
Photo generation processing and network logs are separate from local storage choices. See the Privacy Policy.
