1. Service and operator
AI Stylebook provides image-style references, prompts, photo creation, accounts and credit purchases. Required credits are shown before generation; purchases use the displayed currency and amount. Test purchases do not charge money. Photo creation calls model processing services that may process and store the relevant data, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Credit purchases and refunds
Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Credits are only for AI image generation on this site and cannot be transferred, cashed out or used to pay third parties. They are added to the purchasing account after payment confirmation. The cost shown before generation applies; image counts are estimates for the stated model and resolution.
Credit purchases, including unused credits, are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, for duplicate charges or where purchased credits were not delivered. Failed generations do not consume credits; reserved credits are released. This is not a cash refund. This policy does not limit cancellation, refund or other consumer rights provided by applicable law.
For these exceptions or billing issues, send your order number and a description of the issue to contact@mygoober.com for review. Confirmed refunds reverse the corresponding credits in proportion to the original order. Spent credits may result in a negative balance, which must be covered before further generation.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you dispute a payment with your bank or payment provider, we will review the order and credit records and follow their dispute process. Where there is a risk of unauthorized payments or ongoing abuse, we may apply necessary, proportionate temporary account restrictions and provide a contact route. Raising a dispute is not, by itself, treated as abuse.
We will remove restrictions that are no longer necessary based on the outcome confirmed by the payment provider. If funds are ultimately returned, we may reverse the corresponding credits in proportion to the original order amount. Credits already reversed for a refund or the same dispute will not be deducted again. These arrangements do not limit your statutory rights to dispute a payment, obtain a refund or exercise other consumer rights.
Signing in with an email code or Google creates an account for an unregistered email address. Clicking sign in, create account or continue accepts the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, authorizes processing your photos and prompts for image generation, and confirms your permission to use that content. No separate checkbox is required, and image generation does not require another confirmation. Optional local storage remains a separate choice; browsing, scrolling or dismissing a notice does not imply acceptance.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must have the legal capacity required for the relevant service. Minors should browse under a guardian’s supervision and must not submit personal photos or other personal information.
- Submit only content you own or are lawfully authorized to use. Obtain any authorization or consent required by applicable law for another person’s likeness or personal information.
- Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent or impersonating content or infringe privacy or intellectual property rights. Do not create content for harassment, fraud, non-consensual intimate imagery or deceptive impersonation.
- Do not bypass safeguards, steal credentials, disrupt the site, send abusive bulk requests or otherwise harm the service or others.
3. Your inputs and generation authorization
Your existing rights in uploaded content do not transfer merely by using this site. At registration, you authorize us and necessary providers to process your content when you submit a generation request, only to handle that request, return results, save and manage your artworks and meet mandatory legal obligations, within the scope and recipients described in the Privacy Policy. This authorization does not replace permission from other rights holders.
Providers may reject unsupported requests or those that violate safety rules. Avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information. This site does not automatically publish your generated content. Review it before downloading, sharing or using it, and take the responsibility applicable law places on you.
4. AI results and intellectual property
AI results can be inaccurate, biased, distorted or similar to others’ results. We do not guarantee uniqueness, fitness for a particular purpose, copyright protection or freedom from third-party claims. Before commercial publication or other important use, check people, facts, trademarks, works and permissions. Results are not professional advice.
Style names, examples and prompts help identify and explore styles; they do not imply endorsement by an artist, brand or rights holder. We cannot license third-party works, likenesses, trademarks or other rights. Use such materials only as permitted by the rights holder and applicable law. Rights in and permitted uses of AI outputs also depend on applicable law, third-party rights and the actual model service conditions.
5. Availability and changes
Generation depends on networks and model processing and may be affected by quotas, delays, outages or changes. We reasonably maintain the service but cannot promise continuous availability or success for every request. Any future paid features will disclose prices and terms before a transaction; these terms do not authorize automatic charges.
We may apply necessary, proportionate restrictions to protect security, comply with law or address material abuse. Where feasible, we will explain and provide a contact route. We will appropriately notify material feature or terms changes and will not retroactively alter the legal effect of completed actions.
6. Liability and statutory rights
Each party is responsible for its conduct and fault under applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or reduce statutory consumer rights, personal information rights or other mandatory protections. Responsibility for loss depends on applicable law and the facts; these terms do not impose an unlimited indemnity obligation.
7. Contact and disputes
For service, content-rights or privacy issues, first contact us using the email above. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, without removing mandatory consumer protections or other non-excludable rights in your habitual residence. Disputes may be brought before a competent court or other lawful dispute-resolution body. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or limit complaints to consumer or data protection authorities.
